The Award & Frame Shop ships to North America and U.S. territories. Shipping to APOs can be arranged by calling. If you're in the area you can also pick up from our store in Colonial Heights, VA. Shipping will be calculated at check out.
We strive to make your award right the first time. Please check the email you provide in the checkout for a proof. If you do not respond to the proof within 24 hrs., we will assume that everything is right and will make your item as it is in the proof. If there are changes that need to be made, please respond within 24 hrs. to the proof with those changes.
Engraving, Printing, or any other permanent methods cannot be returned for refund or credit. Please check spelling and layout in proof.
